The Francois Guy is a mild absinthe with anise, for beginners and advanced Absinthe your best suited.
Francois Guy is the great-grandson of Guy Armand, one of the first manufacturers of absinthe in the end of the 19th Century.
The distillation used in vermouth is like 100 years from the producers themselves grown. For the manufacture
they use the old alembics of 1890.
This slight clear Absinthe with anise and light herby taste won in the Absinthiades in Pontarlier
2002, 2003, 2004 and 2006, the golden absinthe spoon. In this competition every year several manufacturers of absinthe
fight with their opponents for the gold, silver and bronze absinthespoon.
