The Mata Hari is a Absinthe without aniseed with a very high level on wormwood, this absinthe is produced by the family
Fischer in Vienna Museum of Spirtuoses the recipe is an old family recipe from 1881.
This absinthe has a distinct bitter note and is very striking. For the deep green color herbs are used exclusively.
Significantly taste are chamomile and cinnamon. Mata Hari is a bitter spirit drink, which makes a very nice turbid, when
you mix it with cold water although the distillation aniseed not used.
