This hand-crafted suisse absinthe is distilled using a 1935 recipe with plants from the Val-de-travers, the birthplace of absinthe. It is made
from Mr. Claude-Alain Bugnon in an old copper alambic. This distillery is very small, and only one person is working there. This absinthe is
a 100% naturel product with anise. You will be delighted by the roundness of the aromas and lingering mild bitterness of authentic absinthe.
